TEAM 3390
ANATOLIAN EAGLEBOTS
We are Team 3390 Anatolian Eaglebots from Ankara, Turkey. We have been enjoying FRC since 2010. We hold our meetings on Friday afternoons after school until kickoff during the year and starting with the kickoff, we work every day to build our robot for the given tasks. We have sub-teams that work on Software, Electronics, Pneumatics,Programming,Scouting, Mechanics,Production, Human Resources and PR. Depending on the needs group members take part in these teams interchangeably to encourage personal and team development.

With 3390, we learn to work as a team, build self-confidence and develop communication skills. During these working hours we bond profoundly and give meaning to our motto: "We are a family."
We mentor 3 FRC and 3 FLL teams and enjoy every robotics event that takes place in our country such as Education Summits,Congresses,METU Robotics Days, ITU Robotics days.

Last but not the least, we proudly took part in a European Union Project; ERASMUS ROSE as partners.
WHAT IS FIRST?
FIRST, For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology, is a foundation with a goal of helping young people discover science and technology, supporting them to engage in scientific projects.
Each year they present a new challenge for the teams across the world in order to make them think, work and overcome the obstacles along the way together.

Teams work under strict rules and have limited time and resources. Teams of high school students are challenged to build industrial-size robots to play a difficult field game in alliance with other teams. They also need to prepare branding,fundraising and business plans to meet their goals in order advance in the STEM community.

It is actually a platform where young people both produce and have fun in accordance wih their gracious professionalism principles.
